Alternatively, you can consider the following troubleshooting workaround that may resolve the issue for you:

1) Force Close the Jigsaw Puzzle App
2) Open your device's Settings and find/navigate to the "Date and Time" menu
3) Change your System's date to Saturday, May 9th, 2026
4) Open the Jigsaw Puzzle App and confirm that the issue is now resolved
5) Restore your System's date to the correct date in your device's Settings menu
