If your Jigsaw Puzzle app is not presenting you with promotions for new Puzzle Pack releases, the Discovery section isn't loading, or an in-game event is missing or not functioning properly, please check your device's app store for an update to the Jigsaw Puzzle app and update it to the latest version.
Be sure to update the app directly from the App Store (on Apple devices) or Play Store (on Android devices), and be careful not to uninstall, reinstall, or delete the app as that may result in unrecoverable loss of data.
