Starting on 12/01/2022, Jigsaw will no longer be supporting Android 5 or below.

Devices which operate on Android 5 or below will no longer be able to update the game past 2022.10.0

Players who continue to play on Android 5 or below may encounter issues with the game and its core features.

Due to technical limitations, Customer Support will be unable to assist players who are not on Android 6 or above.

Any previous purchases made are tied to the Google Play account used to make the purchase and should transfer to a new device provided the same login is used.

Puzzles in progress, completed puzzles, and other app progress should be able to be backed up via Android's backup methods.
