Starting on 12/01/2022, Jigsaw will no longer be supporting iOS 10 or below.

Devices which operate on iOS 10 or below will no longer be able to update the game past 2022.10.0

Players who continue to play on iOS 10 or below may encounter issues with the game and its core features.

Due to technical limitations, Customer Support will be unable to assist players who are not on iOS 11 or above.

Any previous purchases made are tied to the Apple account used to make the purchase and should transfer to a new device provided the same ID is used.

Puzzles in progress, completed puzzles, and other app progress should be able to be backed up via iCloud. Click the link below for more info.
