You can remove the advertisements in the game by choosing to Upgrade the current game. This upgrade includes perks such as creating your own puzzles, unlimited hints, and complimentary content.

To do this, go to the main page of the app, to the right of your Puzzles in Progress section and select "Premium Upgrade".
