Your purchased puzzle packs will not be lost if you had to delete the game or if you have changed devices. In order to restore your purchases, you must first be signed into the same app store account (iTunes or Google Play) you made the original purchases on.

Go to the game's Setting menu and tap "Restore Purchases". You will then be presented with a list of the purchases you have previously made and can choose which ones you would like to re-download. Make sure you select "Uncheck all" and then select only a few puzzles at a time so this process doesn't overload your device. Once you've selected the puzzles you want to restore, tap "Restore" and they should begin downloading in your "My Puzzles" section.


If you receive an error message when trying to restore your purchases or you do not see your puzzle packs begin to download there may be other factors preventing you from downloading this content. Verify that you are connected to the internet and verify your device has sufficient storage.
