If you made a purchase and did not receive it, there are a few things to check.

First, we suggest checking the link below to make sure you were charged for the purchase:

If you were charged for the purchase but have not received the pack, check and see if the pack is restorable via the method below:

Game Settings > Restore Purchases > Uncheck All - Scroll down through the list and see if your pack is there. If it is, check it off and tap Restore Purchase.

This should place the pack in your "My Puzzles" Section.

If you find that you were charged, but the pack does not show in your restore list, please contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the charge and the name of the pack/content you're missing.
