Our daily puzzles and puzzle store are features which do require an internet connection. If you run into an issue where the game is stating that you do not have an internet connection here are some things you can check.
1. Verify that you are connected to the internet and able to open web pages or use other online features in other applications
2. There is a timeout built into the program that if the connection is taking too long the message about not having a connection will display. This can often be corrected by restarting the device and/or switching between your WiFi and mobile data connection if available. Trying another network is the best way to determine if the issues are specific to a network you are using.
3. Some ad blocking and anti-virus applications may be preventing you from accessing the online features in our game. If these can be temporarily disabled you can check to see if this application is preventing you from using these game features.
4. Some company WiFi networks, like hospitals, may have very strict internet policies and could be blocking the connection for these game features. Similarly, home networks and hotspots connections like Connectify could also have similar firewall restrictions preventing these online features from working correctly.
