MobilityWare Blackjack is not a gambling application. We do not require that any users pay any money to play our game and there is no "cash out" option for chips or currency purchased while in game as this is only virtual currency that can be used in game.

However, we do offer in-app purchases for additional chips that do cost real money. We, in no way, expect that any user must pay for any chips. We actually offer several ways for users to earn free chips in the application. These free ways to earn chips are: watching an advertisement, collecting a bonus amount after a certain amount of time, or having finished achievements within the game.
