Players who are sent to Jail are placed on the inside square of the Jail space. A player who is in Jail can escape by doing either:
- Using a “Get out of Jail” action card while playing Solitaire.
- Fill their solitaire foundation again. This basically costs them a Dice Roll or ‘skips a turn’ on the board game).
Since players cannot actively choose to spend their money, a player cannot pay bail to leave Jail.
Players who are released from Jail are placed in the Just Visiting Space.
