If your level/title is not updating once a new one has been earned, try the following:

Open the game. Tap on the Play icon (which looks like a stack of cards at the bottom menu).
Then click the level/title at the top, then manually select the most current level (this title should be near the bottom of this list with 'new'. Use your finger to scroll down this list). Select done.
Your titles should then automatically update as you earn levels.
