Crowns are awarded when a Daily Challenge is completed. The type of crown awarded depends on when the Daily Challenge was completed and whether a reshuffle was used.

3 Purple Gem Crown is earned when you completed the Daily Challenge without using a reshuffle on the current date
3 Red Gem Crown is earned when you complete the Daily Challenge using a reshuffle on the current date
1 Purple Gem Crown is earned when you complete A Daily Challenge without using a reshuffle on a previous date
A Gold Crown is earned when you complete a Daily Challenge using a reshuffle on a previous date
