To complete this challenge, you will need to have all four of the Free Cells showing the card number specified at the same time.  Keep in mind that once a card is moved to the Foundation (Aces pile), it cannot be moved back into play. It may help to redeal until you find a game where the card value specified isn't buried at the top of a stack.
