This occurs when playing the game in Landscape mode (horizontally)

We have been hard at work updating our Spider Solitaire app and in order to maximize the screen space for all devices, we have changed the toolbar functionality at the bottom of the screen. You can tap in the open area of the game screen to show and hide the bottom toolbar.

If you are playing the game with Time turned on, you can tap the open area of the screen to alternate between the game toolbar (showing hints and undo) and game time at the bottom of the screen.
