We are aware of a recent software update for iPad devices (iPadOS 17.7.7) that may cause some players to experience loss of game progress, sometimes repeatedly when exiting and returning to the game.

Our teams are currently investigating the issue, but do not have an estimate regarding the release of a resolution at this time. However, our Support Team is here to help. Just send us an in-game Support Ticket describing what you are missing and an agent will work with you to get it restored. For example: "Daily Challenge Crowns since 2020" or "The last 7 days of my daily streak"
