Our Daily Challenges, Winning Deals, and Leaderboards are features which require an internet connection. If you run into an issue where the game is stating that you don't have an internet connection here are some things you can check:

1. Verify that you are connected to the internet and able to open web pages or use other online features in other applications.

2. There is a timeout built into the program that if the connection is taking too long for a winning deal to be delivered you will be given a random deal. This can often be corrected by restarting the device and/or switching between your WiFi and mobile data connection if available. Trying another network is the best way to determine if the issues is specific to a network you are using.

3. Some ad blocking and anti-virus applications may be preventing you from accessing the online features in our game. If these can be temporarily disabled you can check to see if this application is preventing you from using these game features.

4. Some company WiFi networks, like hospitals, may have very strict internet policies and could be blocking the connection for these game features. Similarly home networks and hotspots connections like Connectify could also have similar firewall restrictions preventing these online features from working correctly.
